I booked this home to celebrate my Doctoral Gradation and needed enough space to accommodate my family. This home had more than enough space! The kids loved the arcade games and the adults loved the three different levels of the home. Chris was always so responsive with every question I had and was very detailed.

This place was such an excellent home base for our large group of 15, which included couples, singles, a baby, many cars, and a few bikes! Excellent layout, well stocked, and very comfortable all around. Thanks for the wonderful stay, Chris!

My family and I enjoyed everything about our stay. The house was beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the many bedrooms that fit a family of 14. Our kids enjoyed the game room and bunk beds. We shared a big brunch in the spacious kitchen with plenty of seating areas. My favorite spot was by the fire pit outside, very cozy and easy to use. The location of the house was perfect for our plans. We went tubing and the resort was nearby. Highly recommend!

Chris’ house was perfect for our ski trip. The home was convenient to the slopes, clean and very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and there was plenty of games in the downstairs game room to keep the kids busy when we weren’t skiing. Our host was responsive to our questions and did a great job preparing us for arrival. Great experience, would definitely stay here again.

Stay here! Chris is a phenomenal host. The house was exactly like the pictures--no surprises! We had nine skiers and the hot tub and sauna was greatly appreciated after hitting the slopes. The kids really enjoyed the JackBox--I'm not really sure what that was. Many memories were made. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

We had a great long weekend at this property! Everything in the listing was accurate and we had plenty of room for all three of the families that stayed. The layout ensured there was room for all ages to gather separately or together. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of seating for all of us when dining. We loved having a wood burning fireplace for cozy evening fires after skiing all day. We would definitely stay here again!

Chris’s home was everything my family was looking for! The booking and photos were accurate and his home provided plenty of space for everyone to come together, yet also do their own thing throughout our stay. Our family weekend was cozy, comfortable, and fun!

10 stars! I nearly don’t want to leave a review as we decided this is the perfect house and we don’t want to share! Four families and 7 kids easily fit in this house. Plenty of communal space so we can talk and eat together but nice big rooms to relax. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kid room was so cute and four girls crowded in there. Hiking trails and breweries close by. Lovely home!!

We had a great stay at Pleasant Point! We stayed here with 3 families (including 8 kids) and it was a perfect house for all of us with plenty of space. The kids loved the video game consoles and sleepovers in the bunk rooms. The adults loved the hot tub, well appointed kitchen, and lovely outdoor spaces. The location is beautiful and lots to do in the surrounding areas. We enjoyed a hike at humpback rocks and some time at Bold Rock, three notch’d and blue mountain brewery. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is that we weren’t able to use the tennis courts or dine at the Devils Grill restaurant at Wintergreen because we were airbnb guests and weren’t considered resorts guests. Just something to consider if you’re wanting to use some of the resort amenities.
